Energy Management System (EMS)

Complies with the requirements of the UNE-EN ISO 50001:2018 standard.

We provide consultancy services for the implementation and maintenance of Energy Management Systems (SGEn) in accordance with the UNE-EN ISO 5001:2018 standard.

In addition, we have an experienced audit team with the capacity to carry out internal audits of the system in an appropriate manner.

Energy audit

During the energy audit, carried out in accordance with the UNE-EN 16247:2012 standard, we inspect and analyse all the energy flows involved in the building/organisation and draw up a report detailing and proposing energy saving measures with a high return and a low payback period that will drastically reduce your costs and improve your competitiveness.

Energy Certificate

We carry out energy certification services for buildings in accordance with Real Decreto 390/2021 and its processing in the relevant administration.

Currently the buildings that must have an Energy Efficiency Certificate are:

New buildings and renovations of existing buildings, both for the project and for the finished building.
Existing buildings, or parts thereof, which are sold or rented.
Buildings or parts thereof in which a public authority occupies a useful surface area of more than 250 m2 and which are regularly frequented by the public. In this case, in addition, the Energy Efficiency label must be prominently displayed.
Buildings of more than 500 m2 used for administrative, health, commercial, public residential, educational, cultural, recreational, logistical, hotel or sports purposes.
Buildings that must compulsorily pass the Technical Building Inspection (ITE) and energy renovations in the coming years.
